Returns & Exchanges

BAPE® US accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and collaboration items may be designated as final sale.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original plastic packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
